Can I switch plans later?: Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How does per-user pricing work?: You're billed for each active member in your organization during a billing period. If you add members mid-cycle, you'll only be charged for the days they were active.
Is there a free trial for Pro?: Yes — every new Pro organization gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card required to start.
What integrations are supported?: Covalence integrates with Linear, Jira, GitHub, and Slack. These integrations are available on both Free and Pro plans. API access is available on Pro.
How is usage counted for AI summaries?: On the Free plan, each AI-generated summary or digest counts toward your monthly allowance. Summary re-generations also count. Pro plans have unlimited AI generations.
Do you offer annual billing?: Annual billing is available at a discount — contact us or upgrade to Pro and switch to annual in your org settings to lock in the lower rate.
