Covalence provides a B2B enterprise performance enablement platform that includes peer endorsements, recognition, AI-synthesized feedback, and integrations with third-party tools including Linear, Jira, GitHub, and Slack. The Service is provided as-is subject to these terms.

3. Account registration

You must register for an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person or organization. Feedback, endorsements, and recognition submitted through the Service must reflect genuine professional interactions. Covalence reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Covalence retains all rights to the platform, its design, and its underlying technology. You retain rights to the feedback and content you submit through the Service. You grant Covalence a limited license to use your submitted content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services you connect. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Covalence is not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of any third-party service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Either party may terminate your account at any time. Covalence reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms, without liability.

Covalence may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
